Ambush!
Ambush! combines the strategy and card specialization of fantasy card games such as Magic: The Gathering with the fast, fun gameplay of Egyptian Rat Slap. Ambush! was included in the USC Games Expo in 2020, and launched successfully on Kickstarter in November 2020 after raising over $2000.
Pugs and Thugs
Pugs and Thugs is a deckbuilding game very similar to Dominion. Players start with a starting deck of chow, the main currency in the world of Pugs and Thugs, and have an opportunity every turn to buy new cards to add to their deck.
Pottermon
Pottermon is an unlicensed Harry-Potter themed take on the Pokemon TCG, with various gameplay modifications for worldbuilding and balancing. The project includes 9 themed decks, each based on a movie or book in the Harry Potter franchise, and nearly 200 unique cards representing creatures, characters, items, and locations from the series.
